We are professional engineers, architects and surveyors. Our company was founded in 1993 in Spring Green, Wisconsin.
In 2008, we opened our Wisconsin Rapids office to better serve an expanding group of clients in central and northern Wisconsin.
In 2021, we opened our Madison office to better serve our clients in southwest Wisconsin.
In 2022, we opened out Eau Claire office to better serve our clients in northwest Wisconsin.

About Us
Transportation
Our transportation engineers design highway and bridge projects for local roads and streets, state and federal highways, and the interstate system. Experienced Jewell field personnel also supply inspection and construction management services for transportation projects to verify that projects are built according to plan and work with the construction team to maintain schedule and budget requirements.
Surveying
Our surveying and land planning services provide developers and local units of government with the tools they need to move their projects forward from the planning stages to design and construction.
Municipal Engineering
Municipal Engineering services include street design, site design, stormwater management, water system and wastewater treatment improvements are among our other areas of expertise.
Architecture
Architectural services include planning and design for private and public projects. Our experience includes office buildings, manufacturing and food processing facilities, churches, schools, medical offices and care facilities, retail buildings, and residential projects.
Structural Engineering
Structural Engineering services include structural building design, structural remodeling design, highway structural design, and inspection of structural systems.
